Product

Our products are sourced from Pro riders and Teams and therefore the condition can vary. We specify the condition on the website in the following categories:

New:these products are brand new and totally unused but may or may not have the original packaging.

 

Slightly used:although these products have been lightly used and may display some minor sings of usage, they are in an “as new” condition.

 

Used:these products have been used and may have some signs of usage but are in perfect working order.

 

Very used:these items have seen heavier usage and may in fact have some defects which will be listed in the description and where possible photographed.

We buy and sell clothing and equipment from a variety of Cycling Teams, Brands and individual riders.

All our products are original and often as they are sourced from the teams and riders themselves,  come with little pro touches like radio mic pockets in the bibshorts. If we do have a non original or replica product we specify this in the product title.

Often sizes of different products are limited because we source the products directly from individual riders and therefore the clothing is in their size. However, when we source from teams or brands we have a wider range of sizes.

Pro Cycling Outlet was born at the Bike Breaks Girona Cycle Centre in Girona, Spain. But now we are 100% online.

Our prices are outlet prices and often we give discounts well below retail price, even for new items, we also have a clearance section with even more discount applied. But the price shown is non negotiable.

As many of our items are one off individual pieces, each item is photographed and described, so the photos shown on each listing are of the actual item. However, in some cases where we have multiple units of a new condition product, the image shown is of an example.

As many of the items are second hand, they are not covered by the original warranty. However, this is not always the case, we indicate on the listings where any warranty exists.

Bikes

We sell bikes in various different conditions.

The bikes on the website are sourced from different places including team bikes, demo bikes, marketing bikes, brand new bikes, etc. The condition of the bike and the level of the usage are outlined in the description and the accompanying photographs.

We ship the bikes in flat packed cardboard bike boxes and therefore do require some assembly. The level of the assembly required varies according to the type of bike. Often, this means that the pedals (if included) will have been removed, the handlebars will need to be re-attached, and often, the front wheel will have been removed as well.

Bikes sold in used condition are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, with the exception of the Demo and Marketing bikes which have 6 months warranty. New bikes are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For each item any warranty will be given on the listing.

All the bikes sold are serviced by our in-house mechanic and subjected to a 60 point service check. Any worn out parts are replaced when needed, all the frames are crack checked and we insure that all the bikes are in fully serviceable condition when they leave us.

Your Order

After placing your order, a shipping label will be created within 48 working hours and you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.

Unfortunately we don’t hold orders prior shipping.

If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please, contact us and we will try to find a satisfactory solution.

If you made an error placing your order, please contact us immediately (info@procyclingoutlet.com). We will be able to fix it as long as the parcel is not shipped. Once your parcel has been shipped you’ll need to wait to get the order and follow the steps for returns.

If your order is incomplete, contact (info@procyclingoutlet.com) us specifying your order number and the exact product missing or incomplete and we will establish a solution.

If you found an incorrect item in your parcel, please contact (info@procyclingoutlet.com) us and we will advice you how to fix the problem.

If you discover upon receipt that your item or package is damaged, please contact us immediately (info@procyclingoutlet.com), and provide photographs and description of the damage within 3 days of the arrival.

Shipping

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and after that another email with tracking information. You will be able to track your parcel on the tracking page from the beginning to the end including delays. If you can’t see this information or the tracking information seems wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.(info@procyclingoutlet.com).

We assume part of the shipping costs in order to be able to offer flat rates for shipping. We work with different shipping companies and we select the best option for your region. We use standard rate shipping worldwide.

We ship to Spain, Europe and many countries outside Europe. We reserve the rights to change our conditions and shipping policy without notice. Below is the list of countries we currenty ship to and those that are eligable for our worldwide shipping discounts, please contact us if you have any questions or unsure if your country is not incuded.

Return

1. Pro Cycling Outlet will gladly accept returns or exchanges of garments that remain in the same condition as they were sold within (14) days of the reception of the package, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing by the Pro Cycling Outlet team.

2. IT IS ESSENTIAL CLIENTS CONTACT US AT info@procyclingoutlet.com PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM. Full refunds are made in the form of original payment if the amount to be refunded does not cause the original purchase price to fall below the free shipping terms. If the client chooses to be refunded through the original payment method, but the adjusted total falls below the free shipping terms, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If the client chooses to be refunded with an online credit, the total of the products will be included. If the original form of payment is not available, please contact Customer Service. For purchases using a gift card only, refund will be made in the form of a merchandise credit. If you need to make a return or exchange for an online purchase, you may do so by sending the products in the same package received to our shop (C/Garrotxa, 19 – 17181 aiguaviva, Girona – Spain) provided that the item meets our requirements for returns:

All goods must be unused or in an identical condition as they were in when purchased and in a resalable condition. Returned items will be inspected to insure they meet the returns specifications. Please note for items that are out of our returns policy a refund will not be processed. Please, insure before returning any item to us it meets the above requirements. Any extra incurred shipping costs including any/or all handeling and import taxes are the responsibility of the client.
