Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping for different regions.
- Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive an email confirming we have received your order and it is processing.
- Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order is ready for dispatch or local pickup.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant tracking information.
RETURNS
- If you would like to return your item you have 14 days from receipt of the package to complete a return.
- Please see exceptions to our returns policy.
In order to complete a return follow the instructions below:
- You will find a link to our returns form in your tracking information email.
- Fill out the form with the correct information from your order and choose which items you would lie to return.
- Once you have filled out the form and paid for the return successfully, you will receive a return shipping label.
Pack the item in its original packaging and print and attach the return shipping label. The item should be in the same condition in which it was received. - Post the item back to us.
- We will check returned items to make sure they meet the criteria set out in our terms and conditions. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a refund.
