We offer flat rate shipping for different regions.
- Once you have placed your order you will automatically receive an email confirming we have received your order and it is processing.
- Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order is ready for dispatch or local pickup.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the relevant tracking information.
RETURNS
- If you would like to return your item you have 14 days from receipt of the package to complete a return.

In order to complete a return follow the instructions below:

- Pack the item in its original packaging. The item should be in the same condition in which it was received. Original products tags MUST be included.
- Post the item back to us.
- We will check returned items to make sure they meet the criteria set out in our terms and conditions. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a refund.
